absolutely delightful 17th century converted villa of Il
Paretaio in the hamlet of San Filipo only a short taxi ride
from Barberino. Enjoy exquisite cuisine, the best Chianti wine
and daily excursions all coupled with leisure time to
really wind down!

Summary of the trip:

Your itinerary includes all transfers, you will be brought to stunning city of Florence as well as a top Chianti Wine producer and Olive oil maker.  Then its back to the villa where you can spend your free time wandering, hiking the beautiful countryside and exploring the local village!

Day 1: Flight from Dublin to Bologna. You will be met by the driver and transferred to your villa. You will be based at a fabulous converted Villa with en suite bedrooms and 2 self containing apartments. Breakfast is included daily and served in the dining room at the long communal table. the chef at the villa offers superb meals including free flowing jugs of beautiful Chianti wine for approx E24 lunch, E35 four course dinner, otherwise there are a couple of restaurants in the village of Barerino, a short taxi ride away.

Day 2: Today you will be brought to a top Chianti wine tasting farm, while in the evening you will enjoy an optional sumptuous 4 course traditional Tuscan meal and more Chianti wine whilst recounting the highlights of the day.

Day 3: After a buffet breakfast, you will be offered a vehicle transfer to Florence. Here guests can spend a few hours exploring and there is much to see including the magnificent Dom, and the Baptistery and the museum of Uffizi. It is also very pleasant to walk around the main center and to enjoy a coffee or pasta lunch. There are many famous parts of the city that are a must as well as less known churches, and we will provide you with a written guide of recommendations as part of our trip pack.

Day 4: Our final day and we will transfer you to Bologna airport for your flight back to Dublin.
